Wrong with files I downloaded

While I download is successful, format is OK, but the file I get is only 1kB with one line "{"type" : "FeatureCollection", "features" : null}"

With that link you are asking the system to extract the polygon with osmId -3293941. Which is Suqian. But you have also asked the system to have a minimum administrative level of 6, and max administrative level of 13. Since Suqian has admin_level 5 you are getting an empty set back.

Just tested a download, it works. If you are having issues with a specific download you will have to inform us how to reproduce it. For example by telling the download url (without your passkey).
