I'm trying to open the trees for France, UK and USA but I only get the turning thingy but it doesn't load. I've also tried to select different dates for the OSM database but with the same result. Other countries work though.
We are having an email conversation with another user who are experiencing similar issues. We haven't been able to reproduce it ourselves though.
Didn't you even get a Javascript popup error? The other user we are speaking with is getting an error, which should appear if it doesn't work.
I get an "error fetching tree" after a minute or so.
I've tried Firefox, Chrome and Edge with the same result. As does Firefox in safe mode (without any addons). Weirdly enough, a 'private' window in Firefox already hangs at loading the first level countries list and gives me the error fetching tree message there.
Great news. Hopefully it's fixed and not random. Please inform us if it should happen again since we are not certain that it's actually fixed.
We have another site with a similar issue that could very well be the same. While we are investigating that, and also waiting for response from the other user with issues, we'll keep this bug report open (under review).
