In the Explorer Membership description is stated, there are 10k credits/day. I experience, that my credits are not refilled on the next day. What should I do?

It's not "the next day", it's a 24 hour rolling window.

Imagine this:

2024-11-21 03:00 you have 10k credits.

2024-11-21 05:00 you use 2k credits, you have 8k credits left.

2024-11-21 08:00 you use 5k credits, you have 3k credits left.

2024-11-21 12:00 you use 3k credits, you have 0 credits left.

2024-11-22 05:00 you will have 2k credits left (24 hours since your first use).

2024-11-22 08:00 you will have 7k credits left.

And so on.

As for now you can always refill with 10k credits at the bottom of https://osm-boundaries.com/about/membership as well, for free.

After re-login and manual credit addition, the counter is still from yesterday.

Maybe the top up doesn't work as intended. We'll have to investigate this.

I think I would expect the following:

- I have 10000/10000.

- I use 2000 and end up with 8000/10000.

- I top up with another 10k. I would then expect 18000/10000 + 10000.

24 hours makes sense, will run out in some hours!

It has been an active decision to use 24 hour rolling window and not dates. Dates is mostly confusing when you consider time-zones.
